Installation Overview
Install via Composer and run setup:upgrade. The autocomplete attaches to the default search box automatically; adjust result counts under Stores → Configuration → Catalog → Search.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it require Elasticsearch or OpenSearch?
It works with Magento's configured search engine. On 2.4.x that is typically Elasticsearch or OpenSearch, and the extension uses whatever engine your store already runs.
Can I control how many products appear in the dropdown?
Yes. Result limits for products, categories, and CMS pages are all configurable from the admin.
Will it match my theme?
The dropdown uses lightweight, overridable styles so it inherits your fonts and colours and can be customised further via CSS.
Does it slow down the storefront?
No. Requests are debounced and results are cached, so autocomplete stays responsive without adding load to every keystroke.
