Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 15, 2026
Welcome to Kevion Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your use of our custom software development, web app development, and design services. By engaging with Kevion Technologies, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Work & Contracts
Kevion Technologies provides custom software, website, and mobile app design and development. Every project engagement is outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement specifying delivery milestones, feature backlogs, pricing model (Fixed-price or Time & Materials), and timelines.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Unless specified otherwise in a signed SOW, upon receipt of final invoice payment:
- Kevion Technologies transfers 100% intellectual property ownership, copyrights, and codebase ownership to the Client.
- The Client receives full access to repositories containing final production-ready code.
- Kevion Technologies retains rights to mockups or reusable framework boilerplates developed during standard workflows, provided they contain zero proprietary Client data or logics.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments are structured according to project milestones detailed in the SOW. Invoices must be paid in full within the terms specified on the invoice. Failure to pay within terms may result in project suspension, delay of assets release, or termination of development support.
4. Client Responsibilities & Assets
Successful execution depends on Client input (feedback, content assets, APIs access, logins). Delays in providing necessary specifications or approvals may extend proposed project delivery timelines.
5. Support & Warranties
Every launch includes a standard 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes. Any additional support, features requests, design iterations, or DevOps monitoring services beyond the warranty must be agreed upon under a separate Support Agreement (SLA).
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kevion Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or related to the developed software or service delivery.
