Are these the final prices?
No, they are starting points. After a scoping call we send a written quote with a fixed price, milestones and a timeline. Smaller or larger budgets are fine; we adjust the scope, not the quality.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price projects are paid in milestones, usually 40% to start, 30% at a midpoint milestone and 30% on delivery. Larger projects are split into more milestones. Monthly plans are billed in advance, month to month.
Why are INR and USD prices different?
INR prices are for businesses billed in India. USD prices are for international clients and include the extra overlap hours and communication that working across time zones needs. Taxes are extra where applicable.
What is not included?
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid apps or plugins, and API usage fees. We list these in the quote so nothing appears later.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
We write down the change, estimate the extra time and cost, and only start once you approve it. Work inside the agreed scope stays at the agreed price.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixes after go-live. After that you can move to a maintenance plan, book hours when you need them, or take the code to another team. You own it.
