Discovery & Strategy
We talk through your goals, users and existing systems, then write down the scope, the timeline and what "done" means.
Design & Prototype
Wireframes and a clickable prototype for anything with a new interface. You approve the flow before we build it.
Engineering & Build
Short sprints with a demo at the end of each one. Every change is reviewed and passes CI before it reaches staging.
QA & Testing
We test on real devices and browsers, try the edge cases and failure paths, and run basic security and speed checks.
Launch & Deploy
We plan the release, set up monitoring and a rollback path, and stay online while it goes live.
Growth & Support
After launch: bug fixes, small improvements, and a look at real usage data to decide what to build next.

Fixed-Price Project
Best for: Clear scope: a store build, migration, app, integration or MVP.
We agree the scope, acceptance criteria, price and timeline in writing. You pay in milestones, and changes outside the scope are quoted separately before any work starts.
Dedicated Developer
Best for: An ongoing roadmap or a backlog your team can't keep up with.
A senior developer works on your project every month for a fixed fee, inside your tools (GitHub, Jira, Slack). Overlap hours with your time zone are agreed up front.
Hourly Consulting
Best for: Code reviews, audits, architecture advice or a specific technical problem.
You buy a block of hours and use it as needed. Every hour is logged with what was done.
Maintenance Retainer
Best for: Live stores and apps that need updates, monitoring and small changes.
A monthly plan covering security patches, upgrades, backups, monitoring and a block of development hours, with a short report each month.

Contracts, IP & Security
Agreements in writing
- We sign your NDA, or a mutual one, before you share anything sensitive.
- Every engagement has a written agreement and a scope of work covering what's built, when, and for how much.
Your code and IP
- You get access to the repository from the first commit.
- Source code and IP are transferred to you on final payment.
- No lock-in: host it anywhere, extend it, or hand it to another team.
Security
- Least-privilege access with scoped, revocable credentials.
- Secrets kept in a password manager or vault, never in chat or plain text.

Where is Kevion Technologies based, and which countries do you work with?
We're based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We work with clients in India, the UAE and the US, and with businesses in the UK, remotely, with agreed overlap hours for calls and reviews.
How much does a Magento, Shopify or Laravel project cost?
Starting prices: a Shopify store from $2,000 (₹1,20,000), a Magento 2 store or migration from $6,000 (₹3,60,000), a custom Shopify app from $3,000 (₹1,80,000) and a Laravel MVP from $5,000 (₹3,00,000). Every tier is on our pricing page, and you get a fixed written quote after a short scoping call.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before discussing project details?
Yes. We'll sign your NDA, or send you ours, before you share specs, designs or data.
How do you handle project pricing and billing models?
Two ways. Fixed price when the scope is clear and unlikely to change. Monthly or time-and-materials when the product is still taking shape, or when you want a developer on retainer.
What post-launch support and maintenance SLA plans do you offer?
Every launch includes 30 days of free bug fixes. After that you can move to a monthly maintenance plan that covers security updates, server checks, backups and urgent fixes.
Can I monitor my code and track progress during development?
Yes. You get access to a private GitHub or GitLab repository from the start, plus a staging site we update after every sprint.
How do you keep code quality up?
Every change goes through a pull request and a second developer before it merges. We add linting and automated tests where the stack supports them, use TypeScript on JavaScript projects, and run CI so a broken build can't reach production.
