A growing e-commerce operator wanted to move from a single-inventory store to a true marketplace where independent sellers list and sell their own products. Project Overview

The client operated a successful single-inventory online store and wanted to expand into a marketplace model where third-party sellers could list products. They needed the platform to handle the operational complexity of multi-vendor commerce — onboarding, commission, payouts, and disputes — without ballooning their operations team.
