EliteLedger: Cloud Accounting SaaS
Case Study
We identified a gap in accounting software for Indian SMEs and built EliteLedger, a GST-compliant, cloud-based Tally alternative. Currently serving our first clients with full migration from Miracle Accounting Software. It uses double-entry ledgers and handles invoicing, state-wise GST splits, warehouse-level inventory and GST return reports.

Objectives & Business Need
Develop a secure, cloud accounting web application with real-time ledger updates, a complete audit log of every transaction, and automatic GST calculation for businesses that traditionally relied on single-computer local software.

Impact & Performance Outcomes
In active development as our own product, with first users migrated from Miracle Accounting Software. GST invoicing, party ledgers, and multi-location inventory are live.
Engineering the Solution
We designed a multi-tenant Next.js & PostgreSQL architecture using strict ledger constraints. Transactions trigger event-driven updates to balance sheets and party ledgers instantly. We built a responsive interface with optimized forms, multi-user role scopes, and direct PDF generation for invoicing.
