Yes. We start with an audit of the code, hosting and backups, fix anything urgent, and then move to the monthly cycle.
How fast do you respond?
We reply to support requests within one business day and prioritise anything affecting sales or customers. Response targets are agreed per plan.
What happens to unused hours?
That depends on the plan, and it's written down before you start. Either way, you see what was done each month.
